We are dedicated to getting your fur baby their treats as soon as possible. At the same time we want to keep shipping costs manageable for you.  We typically ship items by ground or priority mail depending on the method that you selected during check out.

We only ship within the United States due to customs and other regulatory reasons of moving food type products across the borders. 


We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.  If you, or your fur baby, are not happy with your treats please send us an email to along with the reason why and we'll either refund your money or send you a new package on us.  

Now for a little disclaimer.

Not that you're that type of person....but, we do reserve the right turn away customers from future orders who abuse the system.  If you've bought more than $100 of items within the order your asking for a refund on we'll ask you to return the unopened bags to get a full refund.
